| • | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 cup mini cauliflower florets |
| • | Sea salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste |

| 1. | Toss the mini cauliflower florets with Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate and season. |
