    • 1 oz. JM Rhum 100
    • 1 oz. Caña Brava
    • .75 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed
    • .5 oz. Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed
    • .5 oz. fresh lime juice
    • .25 oz. Simple Syrup (1:1)
    • 5 Drops Sriracha Hot Sauce
    • 2 Dashes Fee Brother’s Aztec Chocolate Bitters
    • cup of ice
    • 2 pineapple leaves (garnish)
    • lime wedge (garnish)
    • pinch of sea salt (garnish)
    • straw (garnish)

Method:
1. Add all ingredients except garnishes to a blender; add a scoop of ice and blend. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish and serve.
