    • 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire East
    • 1 oz. Martini & Rossi Rosato
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
    • top with champagne
1. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass, except Champagne, and add ice. Shake and serve up in a chilled champagne glass, top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
