Ingredients for Ginger Sparkler:

• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Ginger, thawed
• 3 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
• 3 oz. sparkling water
• ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
• Tastecraft Lime Slice, garnish

Method for Ginger Sparkler:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except sparkling water and Tastecraft Lime Slice.
2. Shake and serve over the rocks.
3. Top with sparkling water.
4. Garnish with Tastecraft Lime Slice and enjoy!
