Ingredients for Ruby’s:

• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Ginger, thawed
• 3 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
• 3 oz. tonic water
• ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
• grapefruit slice, optional

Method for Ruby’s:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except tonic water.
2. Shake and serve over the rocks.
3. Top with tonic water.
4. Optionally, garnish with grapefruit slice.
