• | 1 sweet young coconut |
• | 3 oz. coconut water from young coconut |
• | juice of 2 sweet limes |
• | 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 2 oz. hum |
• | Perrier mineral water |
• | Thai basil for garnish |
Method: | |
1. | Open a fresh, young coconut and pour out the coconut water, setting aside. In a mixing glass, combine 3 oz. coconut water, lime juice, Carmelized Pineapple and hum. Shake briefly with ice to chill. Strain over fresh ice into empty coconut. Add a splash of Perrier. Garnish with Thai basil. Serve. |
