1 drink

    • 1 sweet young coconut
    • 3 oz. coconut water from young coconut
    • juice of 2 sweet limes
    • 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 2 oz. hum
    • Perrier mineral water
    • Thai basil for garnish
Method:
1. Open a fresh, young coconut and pour out the coconut water, setting aside. In a mixing glass, combine 3 oz. coconut water, lime juice, Carmelized Pineapple and hum. Shake briefly with ice to chill. Strain over fresh ice into empty coconut. Add a splash of Perrier. Garnish with Thai basil. Serve.
