| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | green apple slices for garnish |

| Add all ingredients except garnish into a Boston Shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass over ice. Garnish with green apple slices. Serve. | |
