| • | 1 1/4 oz. coconut simple syrup | 
| • | 1 1/4 oz. fresh squeezed O.J. | 
| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon, thawed | 
| • | orange wheel (for garnish) | 
| • | cherry (for garnish) | 
| Method: | |
| 1. | Fill a Tulip or Collins glass with ice and set aside. Shake wine, simple syrup and O.J. in shaker and pour into glass. Sink El Corazon to bottom of glass and give 2 gentle swirls with a spoon. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry. Serve. |
