Semillon Sunrise

    • 3 oz. Concannon Late Harvest Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc
    • 1 1/4 oz. coconut simple syrup
    • 1 1/4 oz. fresh squeezed O.J.
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • orange wheel (for garnish)
    • cherry (for garnish)
Method:
1. Fill a Tulip or Collins glass with ice and set aside. Shake wine, simple syrup and O.J. in shaker and pour into glass. Sink El Corazon to bottom of glass and give 2 gentle swirls with a spoon. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry. Serve.
