| • | 2.5 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Beer |

| Method: | |
| 1. | Measure all ingredients except the ginger beer into a mixing glass. Fill the copper mug with crushed ice. Stir the ingredients in the mixing glass until the ginger puree is completely dissolved. Pour over the crushed ice. Add the ginger beer, and stir. Garnish with a Thai Basil sprig. |
