Shokan Mula (Redemption Mule)

    • 2 oz. Redemption Rye
    • .5 oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
    • .5 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • .5 oz. Monin Lemongrass Syrup
    • 2.5 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Beer
    • Thai basil sprig (garnish)
1. Measure all ingredients except the ginger beer into a mixing glass.  Fill the copper mug with crushed ice.  Stir the ingredients in the mixing glass until the ginger puree is completely dissolved.  Pour over the crushed ice.  Add the ginger beer, and stir.  Garnish with a Thai Basil sprig.
