| • | 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose L’Orange vodka |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3 oz. Fever-Tree® Ginger Ale |
| • | 1/8 oz. Balsamic vinaigrette |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1/4 oz. clover honey |
| • | 3 basil leaves (muddled) |
| Method: | |
| In a mixing glass muddle fresh basil. Add Grey Goose L’Orange, Blood Orange Concentrate, vinaigrette, fresh lemon and honey. Add ice and shake well with Boston Shaker. Pour over the rocks into a wine glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and slice of lemon or Blood Orange if available. Serve. | |
