| • | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | 3/4 oz. sugar-free triple sec syrup |
| • | 1 sprig of tarragon |
| • | 1 oz. club soda |

| Combine all the ingredients (except the club soda) in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Pour contents into a tall glass. Top with club soda and stir well. | |
