• ¼ oz. lemon juice
• 2 dashes Jack Rudy aromatic bitters
• ½ oz. Southern Amaro (float)

• 8 oz. honey
• 6 oz. water
• 4 earl grey tea bags (approximately 8 ounces total)
Method for Earl Grey Honey Syrup:
Add Earl Grey tea to 6 ounces of hot water and steep for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and add the hot tea to honey. Stir until combined. Let syrup cool completely before refrigerating. This will last for at least 2 weeks in the fridge.
Method for Southern Sunset:
Add all ingredients except amaro and lemon peel to a shaker tin. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Slowly pour amaro over the ice cube, allowing it to float on top. Express the lemon peel and toss.
