Spicy Bacon Mary Batch (Non-Alc)

8 servings of 6 oz.

For the Bloody Mary:
    • 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend,  thawed
    • 32 oz. tomato juice
    • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire, and more to taste
    • Garnish: Bacon and celery stick
For the Breakfast Skewer:
    • Tater tots
    • Sour dough toast, cut into small circles with a cut-out
    • Spanish olives
    • Mozzarella cheese, cubed
Method:
1. Place tater tots onto baking pan and bake according to instructions on packet. While waiting for the tater tots to be ready, place cut out sour dough bread pieces onto baking pan and lightly brush them with melted butter. When tater tots are done, make sure oven is at 400F before putting the pan into oven for 5 minutes or until slightly brown. Once tater tots and toast have cooled down, arrange them onto a skewer in the order of mozzarella cheese, tater tot, Spanish olive and toast. Set aside. In a mixing pitcher add all the ingredients for Bloody Mary, stir and serve over the rocks. Add breakfast skewer and garnish with crispy bacon and celery stick.
