Spicy Jalapeño Mango Margarita

    • 2 oz. house smoked jalapeño infused tequila
    • 1 oz. Cointreau
    • 2 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • chili salt (rim)
Method:
1. Chili Salt The dried chili salt rim is dried ghost chili and chipotle peppers added to a spice grinder and the ground into a rough cut. The dried chili powder and flakes are then added to a course sea salt. House smoked jalapeño infused tequila We smoke our jalapeños at the end of the year to preserve them with apple wood chips. Those are the added to our house tequila and it sit for a few day depending on the level of heat that you like. To prepare: Combine all of the ingredients into a mixer and shake serve in you favorite glass with house smoked chili salt.
