| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1 tsp. maple syrup |
| • | Ground cinnamon for garnish |

| Combine all ingredients except garnish into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain over new ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon. Serve. | |
