    • 1 oz. Bols Genever
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed
    • 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 tsp. maple syrup
    • Ground cinnamon for garnish
Method:
Combine all ingredients except garnish into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain over new ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon. Serve.
