| • | 1 oz Momokowa Diamond Sake |
| • | 1 oz The Perfect Purée Yuzu Sour Luxe blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz Combier Triple Sec |
| • | 1 lime wedge squeezed |
| • | garnish with black sesame salt and lime wheel |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all ingredients in a mixing glass with fresh ice and shake hard. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with black sesame salt and lime wheel. For Black sesame salt use 1 tbs. black sesame seeds and 1 tsp. sea salt. Grind in mortar. |
