| • | 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/4 tsp. balsamic vinegar |
| • | Top with club soda |

| 1. | Gently muddle basil with a few ice cubes. Add remaining ingredients and shake with an ice filled glass. Pour into an ice filled glass and top with club soda. Stir gently. |
