• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Strawberry Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
• | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
• | soda water (to top off) |

1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a Collins glass. Serve. |
