• | 1 1/2 oz. Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka |
• | 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed & strained lemon juice |
• | 3/4 oz. rock candy syrup or simple syrup |
• | 2 1/2 oz. club soda |
• | strawberry for garnish |
Method: | |
1. | Combine ingredients, except for club soda, into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Fill a Zombie/Collins glass with ice. Fill the ice filled glass, 1/3 full of club soda. Strain cocktail over club soda. Gently stir. Garnish with a strawberry propped onto the rim of the glass. Serve. |
