Strawberry Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

    • 2 cups The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree,  thawed
    • 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 cup canola oil
    • 1 tbsp. salt
    • 1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
Method:
1. Place Strawberry Puree, vinegar, salt, sugar and oil into blender. Blend until emulsified. Stir in poppy seeds.
2. Toss mixed greens with vinaigrette. Add quartered strawberries, crumbled feta and candied pecans.
