| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |

| • | 3 oz. mineral water |
| • | Pinch of black pepper |

| In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice, shake and serve on the rocks in a collins glass. Garnish with a lime peel, thyme and an edible flower. | |
