• | 2 oz. vodka |
• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper, thawed |
• | ginger beer |
• | 2 dashes bitters (optional) |
• | lemon wedge (for garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | In a mixing glass, combine vodka, Thai Basil & Black Pepper and ice. Shake vigorously with a Boston Shake and strain into a high ball glass. Top with ginger beer and optionally add 2 dashes of bitters. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve. |
