• | 1 1/2 oz. Casamigos Repasodo |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed |
• | Fresh cracked black peppercorns |
• | 1 sprig mint |
• | 2 slices of cucumber |
• | 1/2 jalapeno |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 1 red chili |
• | 2 sprig fresh cilantro |
• | Salt |
Method: | |
Muddle black peppercorn, chili, mint and cucumber with a splash of fresh lime juice, then add Chipotle Sour blend, tequila, ice and shake. Rim rocks glass with cracked peppercorn and salt, pour over ice and garnish with cucumber and cilantro. |
