Ingredients for Sweet Ginger Whipped Cream:
• 266.66 ml of heavy cream
• 133.66 ml The Perfect Purée Sweet Ginger, thawed
• 1 green charger
Method for Sweet Ginger Whipped Cream:
1. Pour shelf stable cream into the canister.
2. Add the Sweet Ginger.
3. Make sure top is screwed on tightly and add the green charger into the gas fill tip.
4. Once you hear the small squeak of gas fill the canister and the noise dissipates- this should only be 2-3 seconds. You can start to shake the canister until you cannot hear or feel liquid sloshing inside.
5. You can use immediately on any application. While not in use, place the filled Whip-It canister in refrigerator.
6. Fill with more cream, Sweet Ginger and gas charger as needed.
