    • 2 oz. Charbay Tahitian Vanilla Bean Rum
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 1/2 oz. lime sour (equal parts lime juice and simple syrup)
    • 1 oz. soda water
    • handful of mint
    • 1 Gläce Luxury Ice G³ (G-cubed)
    • lemon wheel for garnish
Method:
1. Place a lemon wheel at the bottom of a cordial glass, add a G³ ice cube and set aside. Add remaining ingredients except soda into Boston Shaker with regular ice. Shake and strain into cordial glass over G³ ice cube. Serve.
