| • | 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 tsp. chipotle pepper, pureed |
| • | Salt; to taste |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a saucepan combine the Tamarind puree, Blood Orange Concentrate, and chipotle pepper. |
| 2. | Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and reduce to a glaze consistency. |
| 3. | Season with salt to taste and hold warm. |
