• | 2 oz. Ketel One Vodka |
• | 3/4 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur |
• | 1 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1 oz. Homemade Tandoor-Cooked Beetroot Puree |
• | 1 pinch Tandoori spiced mix |
For the Homemade Tandoor-Cooked Beetroot Puree: | |
• | 3 beetroots |
• | Lime juice |
• | Tandoori homemade masala |
Method for the Homemade Tandoor Cooked Beetroot Puree: | |
Peel beetroots and roughly chop in big chunks. Marinate with lime juice and some tandoori homemade masala for an hour. Then place marinated beetroots in a tandoor to cook till well done. Once done, remove from tandoor and let it cool for an hour. Once cooled, make a paste out of it. | |

Combine ingredients and shake. Pour into serving glass over ice. |
