• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 1 oz. egg white |

Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake hard for 5 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for another 10 seconds. Strain up into a coup glass and garnish with tangerine zest or edible flowers. | |
