• | 1 1/2 oz. gin |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | Ginger beer |
• | Crystallized ginger candy (garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer and crystallized ginger in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with crystallized ginger. Serve. |
