| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. Kaffir Lime simple syrup |
| • | 1/8 tsp. red curry |
| • | 1 oz. lime vodka |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. |
| 2. | Strain into a martini glass. |
| 3. | Float a Kaffir lime leaf on top. |
