| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. Luxardo Alkermes |
| • | 1 lime (bitter white center pithe removed) |

| Muddle lime in a heavy rocks glass. Add all ingredients and stir. Fill with crushed ice and stir again. Serve. | |
