• | 1 oz. Gran Centenario Resposado |
• | 1/2 oz. Smith and Cross Rum |
• | 1/2 oz. Barbancourt 15 |
• | Mezcal (use to rinse coupe) |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 1/4 oz. agave syrup |
• | mix of sugar, salt and cayenne (rim) |
Method: | |
1. | Rinse a coupe glass with Mezcal, rim with sugar, salt, and cayenne, and set aside. Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake, and double strain into the coupe glass. |
