    • 1 oz. Gran Centenario Resposado
    • 1/2 oz. Smith and Cross Rum
    • 1/2 oz. Barbancourt 15
    • Mezcal (use to rinse coupe)
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1/4 oz. agave syrup
    • mix of sugar, salt and cayenne (rim)
Method:
1. Rinse a coupe glass with Mezcal, rim with sugar, salt, and cayenne, and set aside. Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake, and double strain into the coupe glass.
