Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cazadores Blanco Tequila
- ½ oz Cointreau
- 2 oz The Perfect Puree Cranberry, thawed
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz rosemary simple (Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add 2 cups of sugar and stir until blended. Add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and boil for about 5 minutes. Strain until safe container and refrigerate for 1 hour.)
- Candied cranberries (Fresh cranberries tossed in simple and rolled in granulated sugar. The flash freeze for about 10 minutes.)
- Fresh torched rosemary sprig for garnish
Method:
- Add ice to fill the sugared rocks glass
- ½ oz champagne of your choice
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and shake well. Double strain into the rocks glass
- Add candied cranberries
- Add torched rosemary sprig
