  • 2 oz Cazadores Blanco Tequila
  • ½ oz Cointreau
  • 2 oz The Perfect Puree Cranberry, thawed
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz rosemary simple (Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.  Add 2 cups of sugar and stir until blended. Add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and boil for about 5 minutes. Strain until safe container and refrigerate for 1 hour.)
  • Candied cranberries (Fresh cranberries tossed in simple and rolled in granulated sugar. The flash freeze for about 10 minutes.)
  • Fresh torched rosemary sprig for garnish


  1. Add ice to fill the sugared rocks glass
  2. ½ oz champagne of your choice
  3. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and shake well. Double strain into the rocks glass
  4. Add candied cranberries
  5. Add torched rosemary sprig
