• | 1/4 oz. Navan® |
• | 1/8 oz. North Shore Absinthe Siren® |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blueberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1/4 oz. agave syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
Method: | |
1. | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a cocktail coupe, garnish with lemon oil and lemon twist and serve. |
