Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Ron Zacapa 23 Year Old Rum
- 1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur
- ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- mint sprig
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
