Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Ron Zacapa 23 Year Old Rum
  • 1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur
  • ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • mint sprig

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
