| • | 1/2 oz. Piloncillo syrup (made from pure, unrefined sugar) |
| • | 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters |
| • | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | Lime wheel (garnish) |
| • | Sage (garnish) |
