• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Piloncillo syrup (made from pure, unrefined sugar) |
• | 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters |
• | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | Lime wheel (garnish) |
• | Sage (garnish) |
Method: | |
In a mixing glass combine all the ingredients with ice; shake vigorously and serve over rocks. Garnish with lime wheel and sage. |
