| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |

| Take 3 pieces of sage and clap it into the tin. Add ingredients into tin with one ice cube and shake vigorously. Pour over ice into a highball glass and add a float of soda water for carbonation. | |
