| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 egg white |
| • | 2 dashes Marshall Altier Baked Apple Bitters |

| 1. | Dry shake egg white until emulsified. Add Kold-Draft ice and all ingredients expect bitters and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled coupette. Add green apple garnish. Enjoy! |
