| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. Sprite |
| • | 3 blackberries |
| • | 2 scoops Petite Sirah Ice cream |

| 1. | Muddle blackberries and ice cream in shaker glass, add wine and puree and shake over ice. Top with Sprite and double strain into martini glass. Garnish with blackberry (May substitute black raspberry or black cherry ice cream). |
