• | 2 1/2 parts Tommy Bahama White Sand® Rum |
• | 1/4 part Cointreau® |
• | 1/2 part Scratch sour mix |
• | 1/2 part Blood Orange simple syrup (recipe below) |
• | 1/2 part fresh orange juice |
Method: | |
1. | Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. |
2. | Shake 20 times and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sugar in the raw. |
Blood Orange Simple Syrup: | |
• | 2 cups sugar |
• | 1 cup The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 cup water |
Method: | |
1. | Dissolve all ingredients over heat. Let cool. |
