    • 2 oz. Espolon Blanco Tequila
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. homemade jalapeno raw sugar simple syrup
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • jalapeno slice (garnish)
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh jalalpeno.
