• | 1 1/4 oz. rum |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant, thawed |
• | 1 oz. sweet & sour mix |
Method: | |
1. | Combine all ingredients with ice into a cocktail shaker. |
2. | Shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
3. | Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon twist. |
