| • | 3/4 oz. Flor de Caña 12 year rum |
| • | 3/4 oz. Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum |
| • | 4 drops absinthe |
| • | 1/2 oz. Lemonhart 151 |
| • | 2 bar spoons The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. falernum |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1/4 oz. cinnamon syrup (1:1:1) |
| • | 2 dashes Angostura Bitters |
| • | long lemon twist (garnish) |
| • | fanciest straw money can buy (optional) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients, sans Angostura, in a shaker. Add cracked ice and shake hard to fully incorporate the puree. Fine strain into a crushed ice filled tiki mug that you totally didn’t steal from a tiki bar in the 70’s. Throw two dashes of Angostura on top of your masterpiece and give your tiki man a haircut in the style of a long curly lemon twist. |
