    • 3/4 oz. Flor de Caña 12 year rum
    • 3/4 oz. Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
    • 4 drops absinthe
    • 1/2 oz. Lemonhart 151
    • 2 bar spoons The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. falernum
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/4 oz. cinnamon syrup (1:1:1)
    • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
    • long lemon twist (garnish)
    • fanciest straw money can buy (optional)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients, sans Angostura, in a shaker. Add cracked ice and shake hard to fully incorporate the puree. Fine strain into a crushed ice filled tiki mug that you totally didn’t steal from a tiki bar in the 70’s. Throw two dashes of Angostura on top of your masterpiece and give your tiki man a haircut in the style of a long curly lemon twist.
