Yuzu Juniper Thyme Compound Butter Liza Cheng, The Perfect Puree

Ingredients for Yuzu Juniper Thyme Compound Butter:
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 1 ½ tbsp. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Juniper Thyme Syrup
• thyme sprig and herbs for garnish

Method for Yuzu Juniper Thyme Compound Butter:
Combine ingredients and mix well. While the butter is still soft, fill (6) 2 oz. portions into ramekins or roll into a log shape with cellophane before placing back in the refrigerator to chill.
