    • 2 oz. Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 oz. triple sec
    • splash of soda water
    • splash of Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
    • crushed graham cracker for rim
    • meringue cream to float
1. Apply crushed graham cracker to rim of serving glass. Add a splash of Chambord to bottom of glass, add ice and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except meringue and soda into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour into serving glass. Add a splash of soda and float meringue. Lightly toast meringue with a torch. Serve.
