| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. egg white |
| • | 1/2 oz. orange zest honey |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice (infused with kaffir lime leaves) |
| • | 1/2 oz. coconut |
| • | Fever Tree Ginger beer (to top) |

| 1. | Combine ingredients except for ginger beer into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into serving glass. Top with ginger beer. |
