Daniel Ojinaga, Society Culture House - 1st Place Winner, 4th Wine Country Cocktail Competition

    • 2 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. egg white
    • 1/2 oz. orange zest honey
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice (infused with kaffir lime leaves)
    • 1/2 oz. coconut
    • Fever Tree Ginger beer (to top)
1. Combine ingredients except for ginger beer into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into serving glass. Top with ginger beer.
