• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. Organic Agave Nectar |
• | 4 slices english cucumber |
• | 1/2 fresh lime squeezed |
• | sparkling water |
• | fresh spearmint (garnish) |

1. | Muddle four slices of English cucumber in a highball glass with lime juice and agave nectar. Add ice, The Perfect Purée Pear, and remaining ingredients, save the sparking water. Stir. Top with sparking water, and a garnish of cucumber and spearmint. |
